Product overview
The utility model is composed of a tubular heater (vertical or horizontal), an evaporation tank (with avapor-liquid separation structure) and a material-liquid circulation pump. The feed liquid is heated to the boiling point by heating tube at a speed of 2-5 m/s after pressurization, and then flash in the evaporation tank. The vapor-liquid separation process is carried out in the tank. The secondary steam is discharged from the top of the tank. The concentrated solution is fed into the inlet of acirculating pump from the bottom of the tank, so that the solution can continuely circulate and evaporate. When the temperature difference between the heated steam and the solution is small(3-5 deg C), the operation can still be carried out. The evaporator can be designed as external
heating type and central circulating tube type according to the requirements. It is suitable for evaporation of solution with crystallization, scaling or heat sensitive materials. It is widely used in fine chemical industry, pharmacy, light industry, food, alcohol, beverage, environmental protection and other industries.
